Formed in 1968, The Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission (GCRPC) is a voluntary association of local governments and special districts within the seven-county Golden Crescent region encompassing Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Gonzales, Jackson, Lavaca, and Victoria counties.

Looking for Public Transportation?
Notice is hereby given that the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission (GCRPC) is reinstating fares for ALL services on September 1st, 2023. The fare will be $1.50. Additionally, any guests of the para-transit riders that are not personal care attendants will also be subject to the fee of $1.50.
Victoria Transit
VICTORIA TRANSIT provides a fixed route system Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm for all residents regardless of age living in the city of Victoria. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available to assist in transporting persons with disabilities.
